On 9/5/2025, Sarah P. Lytle, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree. It’s alleged that Lytle threatened another person with a knife during an altercation on Harvester Avenue. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

Speer was charged after police responded to the parking lot of Quicklee’s, where an employee reported that Speer had driven to the store and appeared to allegedly be intoxicated. Speer was issued traffic tickets and is due in court on 9/23/2025.
On 9/5/2025, Tonya M. Holman, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Holman struck another person with a door and would not let them leave. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
