The Perry Police Department reports the arrest of Elizabeth A. Cockle, 34, of Perry after an investigation into an accident.
Following an investigation into a one vehicle accident on Lake Street just after 8:00am on September 30th 2025, Cockle was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Cockle submitted to a chemical breath test in the office which showed a reading of .34 or more, which is four times the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle.
Cockle is charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI- Blood Alcohol content .18 or higher, and Moving from a lane unsafely. She was processed and given a return court date of 10/07/2025 at 3:00PM and was released to a sober third party.
This WHITE lady will be released and the charges will be dropped.
