Ryan M. Carpenter, 21, of Dansville, NY was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree at the Suicide Boys concert at Darien Lake, 9993 Alleghany Road, in Darien, NY, on September 28, 2025 at 8:05p.m.
Carpenter allegedly attempted to re-enter the concert venue after previously being ejected.
Carpenter was released from the Genesee County Jail on appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on October 15, 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Nazia Sultana, 21, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree, after allegedly trespassing at the Darien Lake Amphitheater September 28, 2025.
Sultana was originally ejected from the concert for being too intoxicated. She was advised that if she entered the property again she would be arrested.
Sultana allegedly re-entered the venue again and was arrested. She is to appear in Darien Town Court on October 15 2025 at 1:00p.m.

Michael D, Moore, 29, of Murdock Road, Lyndonville, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after being found passed out from behind the wheel of the vehicle that he was operating.
Moore was taken to the Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. He will return to Alabama Town Court on October 21st at 2025.

Kyra Marie Lettieri, 24, of North Tonawanda, NY, is charged with trespass. Lettieri allegedly attempted to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected on 9/29/29.
Lettieri was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 15th at 1:00p.m.
