The Batavia Development Corporation, in partnership with the City of Batavia, is applying for a second round of Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) funding from the State of New York. All projects included in the City’s previously received 2018 DRI award have been successfully completed.
To continue the momentum of our Downtown’s revitalization, the City is proposing to submit thirteen new projects representing more than $50m in additional investment.
An Open House to collect input on these projects will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 in the Council Room on the 2nd floor at City Hall, One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York.
Participants can attend any time between 4:30-5:30 p.m.
