Five people were arrested during a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on November 6th, 2025. All five are facing felony drug charges after deputies say the group was allegedly in possession of a large amount of cocaine with the intent to sell it. (No location or time of the stop was provided)
David M. Camelio, age 43, of E Main Street, Batavia NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony, and Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree- Class A Misdemeanor. Deputies say Camelio was also allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by being in the same vehicle as the protected party.
Lisa R. Richmond, age 37, of Park Road, Batavia NY, is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony.
Jack M. Fox-Salah, age 28, of S. Union Street, Spencerport, NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance -3rd Degree- Class B Felony.
Linda Harris, age 66, of Hutchinson Street, Batavia NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony and Tampering with Physical Evidence- Class E Felony. Deputies say Harris allegedly possessed a large quantity of cocaine in her pants while she was being transported to the Genesee County Jail.
Lura M. Stanley age 61, E. Main Street, Batavia NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree- Class B Felony.
All defendants were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and were held pending a CAP Court arraignment.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the City of Batavia Police Department during the traffic stop.

Matthew A. Belk, 36, of Greece, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a person while at the Genesee County Jail on West Main Street Road in Batavia, NY, on June 30, 2025.
Belk was arrested on November 7th, 2025, and was arraigned at the Genesee County Jail in a CAP Court arraignment that same day.
