The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a serious physical injury motor vehicle
collision on US Route 20A in the Town of Orangeville.
The collision involved two vehicles, and preliminary evidence indicates one of the vehicles crossed the center of the roadway into the oncoming lane prior to the collision. Both vehicles were occupied only by the drivers, who were both transported to a nearby trauma center for serious injuries.
The collision remains under investigation, and further information will be released in the coming days. Route 20A remains closed while the scene is investigated, and the public is asked to avoid the area until the roadway is reopened.
