Appearing in City Housing Court in front of Judge Durin Rogers this past Monday afternoon, Micheal Cole, the attorney for the Harvester Center LLC principal owners William Golden and John Wachter, managing partners of Amerinac Holding LLC, provided an update on the ongoing demolition process and clean up at 56 Harvester Avenue.
Cole told the court that after 50 dump trucks of material was taken from the site, there has been a considerable amount of progress in regard to brick debris, and structural repairs to an adjacent building are nearly complete.

Cole says his clients want to use large timbers that are on site as bollards as vehicles continue to trespass and high winds have been knocking down temporary fencing. The large timbers are about 20 feet long.

The only items remaining to complete is final grading of the site, but weather has been an obstacle. Cole says the work will be done in house. Cole also says they are working on a follow up inspection for the soil with AMD Environmental in Tonawanda. Cole told the court that during demolition between July 22nd and October 9th, 793 air samples were taken which was required.
City Attorney David Fitch says that all code violations have been resolved, and the owners are in compliance. Fitch requested an April 20th court date for a report.
