Megan T. Forder, 28, of Junction Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with attempted assault 2nd degree, criminal mischief 3rd degree, menacing 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree and resisting arrest, after allegedly attempting to assault another person with a dangerous instrument and causing damage to property at an address in Pavilion on January 23, 2026 at 8:50p.m.
Forder allegedly resisted arrest when she was taken into custody by deputies and was held for CAP Court on January 24, 2026 at 9:30a.m.
Justine D. Wood, 38, of Montclair Avenue, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/previous conviction and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after being taken into custody for pending conspiracy charges on January 13, 2026.
While conducting a search during the arrest, deputies and officers allegedly located controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and an electric stun gun on Wood’s person and in her personal belongings.
Wood was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was being held pending arraignment. She was arraigned in CAP Court on January 14, 2026.

Jessica L. Culver, 36, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly subjecting another person to physical contact during an argument on W. Main St. Rd. in Batavia on January 20, 2026, at 12:13p.m.
Culver was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 3, 2026 at 10:00a.m.
