David D. Mancuso, 67, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with four counts of criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on February 5, 2026. Mancuso was arrested on February 10, 2026, and held for arraignment in Genesee County CAP Court.

Jordan A. Baxter, 21, of Silver Springs, NY, is charged with two counts of petit larceny after allegedly entering a building on Park Road in Batavia on February 9th, 2026, and allegedly stealing clothing.
Baxter was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 24, 2026 at 3:00p.m.

John R. Kelly, 35, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 2nd degree after allegedly breaking an arraignment table while at the Genesee County Jail on February 7, 2026.
Kelly was held pending a CAP Court arraignment and was scheduled to appear on February 13th, 2026 at 9:00a.m.
