STREAM U.S. Data Centers, the developer of a proposed $11.181 billion data center project at the Western New York Science & Technology Advanced Manufacturing Plant (STAMP), will have another information session March 12th.
The session will start at 6 p.m. at the Alabama fire hall.
The last information session took place Feb. 2nd.
“We’re going to be updating it a little bit to have more stations and be able to collect more comments from people,” Site Selection and Development Manager Bradley Wells said Monday. “We’ve gathered some public comment, both from our website and comment cards that we had there (Feb. 2), so, we’re hopefully going to be integrating that as part of the session.”
These meetings are taking place so the community can know more about the project and ask STREAM’s technical staff questions.
“I think as more information comes out, the answers are getting more specific to what’s happening in the project,” he said. “I’m happy to see there’s a lot of good dialogue that’s happening one-on-one with all of our experts and that, as we’re refining our plan, people get more comfortable with what we’re proposing.“
