Brandi L. Reuben, 30, of Martin Road, Alabama, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree following a Sheriff’s Office investigation on March 21st, 2026.
Reuben allegedly sent threatening messages to another person on multiple occasions deputies say.
Reuben was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment later that day.

Bailey M. Burns, 26, of Woodstock Gardens, Batavia, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, no left side mirror/an equipment violation, a muffler exhaust system violation and dirty plate or plate covered by glass or plastic after a traffic stop on West Main Street Road in Batavia, NY on March 17th, 2026 at 8:44p.m.
Burns was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
Burns will return to Batavia City Court on April 7, 2026 at 1:00p.m.

Hailey E. Olender, 21, of Stevens Road, Tully, NY, is charged with Aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation, failed to turn as required and failed to use designated lane following alleged traffic offenses at 8330 Lewiston Road in Batavia, NY on March 17, 2026.
Olender was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 9th, 2026 at 1:00p.m.

Michael E. Russell, 63, of S. Lake Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and unsafe turn/failure to signal, following a traffic stop on S. Lake Road in Pavilion on March 20th, 2026 at 7:51p.m.
Russell was issued uniform traffic tickets on all charges and was released. He will appear in Pavilion Town Court on Aprill 22, 2026 at 4:00p.m.

James J. Boyce, 35, of West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree for shoplifting property from a local store and possessing methamphetamine on his person.
Boyce was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 7, 2026 at 10:00a.m.

Lucas D. Booth, 33, of Clinton Street Road, Bergen, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, petit larceny and trespass on March 12th, 2026 at 3:54p.m. on Wortendyke Road.
Booth was allegedly on someone’s property without permission with alleged intent to steal property that did not belong to him. When Booth was detained and searched, law enforcement officers allegedly located methamphetamine on his person.
Booth was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on March 12, 2026.

Macy F. Paladino, 44, of Oak Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing an Apple Watch from 8400 Lewiston Road in Batavia, NY on March 16, 2026.
Paladino was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. Paladino is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 24th, 2026 at 1:00p.m.
