Video of Special Town Board meeting-April 1st, 2026
Contractors have now been approved for a $2.8million project to expand Batavia Town Hall, adding offices and an area for Town Engineers.
The project will bring engineering staff who have been working in a rented space on Federal Drive back to the Town Hall after being relocated 3 years ago. The move will save the Town $72,000 a year.
Construction will begin in May, and the project will be completed by December 2026, with any exterior work being completed by May 2027. Town Board Meetings along with Planning Board Meetings and Zoning Board Meetings will temporarily be held at the new Town Court location a 4120 West Main Street.
