Troy A. McKissock, 56, of Holley, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and following a too closely, after a collision on N. Lake Road in Bergen on April 3, 2026.
McKissock was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was released on appearance tickets, he will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 6th, 2026 at 5:00p.m.

Jesse S. Repass, 39, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and no front license plate in the Town of Batavia on March 27th, 2026 at 11:34p.m., on Seven Springs Road.
Repass was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance while operating a vehicle while his license was suspended.
Repass was issued an appearance ticket and issued uniform traffic tickets. He is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 28th, 2026, at 10:00a.m. for penal law, and April 30th, 2026, at 1:00p.m. for vehicle and traffic law.

Justin H. Kahlke, 25, of Lockport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop for a red light at 8379 Lewiston Road in the Town of Batavia on April 2, 2026, at 1:10a.m.
Kahlke was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and was released.
He is to appear in Batavia Town Court on April 30, 2026, at 1:00p.m.

Kenneth J. Hill III, 39, of Alden, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, insufficient turn signal prior to 100 feet and moving from a lane unsafely at 1254 Sumner Road in Darien, NY, on April 4th, 2026, at 1:40a.m.
Hill was transported to the Genesee County Jail, where he was issued traffic tickets.
He is due to appear in Darien Town Court on April 14th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.

Takari C. Blue, 24, of Batavia, NY, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 2nd degree, after being arrested at 15 Main Street in the City of Batavia on April 10th, 2026.
Blue allegedly offered a falsified document to be submitted for record with the Genesee County Probation Office.
Blue was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was then issued an appearance ticket and released.

Kiha S. McNear, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with disobeying a mandate after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection issued by Genesee County Family Court.
McNear was held pending a CAP Court arraignment, and appeared in court on April 10th, 2026 at 9:00a.m.
