On May 04, 2026, at approximately 8:02p.m., the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested
James R. Gamble, no age provided, of Bergen, NY, on a Superior Court Warrant.
Gamble is charged with Rape 1st degree, and Rape 3rd degree. It is alleged these crimes were committed between 2024 and 2025, and with two separate victims.
Gamble was arraigned on May 6, 2026, in Genesee County Court, and was held on $50,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond, or $400,000 partial secured bond.
If released, Gamble will be under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Gamble is next scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court on May 27, 2026, at 9:30am.
The case is being investigated by Investigator Jordan Alejandro of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, and Investigator Frank Kulesz Of the NYSP.

We are extremely concerned about James .he is our neighbor and his property borders ours as well as my sons and daughter . There are many young children he surrounds . He is not a good or friendly neighbor .
