The Town of Batavia has just discovered that some property owners within the Town of
Batavia have not received their 2026 Change of Assessment Notices. These were mailed
together on the same day at the beginning of April. Some owners just received them this
week.
If you have not received one, please contact the Asessor’s Office and we will get you a
copy immediately. If you need additional time/help prior to Grievance Day May 26th,
also let us know.

Well for godsake don’t hire anymore unneccassary employees to print and mail the copies. You people are killing the town.
