Press release
BERGEN, N.Y. — Senator George Borrello will host a Town Hall meeting in Genesee County on Thursday, May 14, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bergen Town Hall, located at 10 Hunter Street in Bergen.
Residents are invited to attend to hear updates on state and local issues, ask questions, and share comments directly with Senator Borrello.
“With so many pressing issues facing New York, including a state budget that is now almost six weeks overdue, the rising cost burdens driven by Climate Act mandates and soaring utility bills, and proposals that would force Upstate taxpayers to help bail out New York City’s financial problems, it is more important than ever that residents have the opportunity to make their voices heard,” said Senator Borrello. “I encourage everyone to attend, ask questions and take part in the conversation about the direction of our state.”
The event is open to all members of the community and no registration is necessary.
