She currently serves as Director of Business & Visitor Engagement for the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, where she has led membership growth initiatives, coordinated high-profile events and programs, and strengthened relationships across the business and tourism communities.

Her professional experience spans nonprofit management, hospitality operations, marketing and promotions, staff leadership, and stakeholder engagement. She has successfully developed programs and partnerships that support small business growth, workforce development, and organizational sustainability.
In her current role, Sealy has overseen membership recruitment and retention efforts, managed signature events, and represented the organization at regional business and tourism initiatives. Her work has contributed to expanded member engagement, enhanced community partnerships, and increased regional visibility.
