Batavia, NY — 06/01/2026 — The GLOW YMCA is proud to announce enhancements to its Access For All Financial Assistance Program, making it easier, faster, and more personalized for individuals and families to access YMCA memberships, childcare, and programs regardless of financial circumstances.
At the heart of this initiative is a simple belief: the Y is for everyone.
The updated Access For All program features a streamlined application, a new online calculator, and a more personalized review process that ensures every applicant has the opportunity to connect with
YMCA staff and discuss their unique situation.
“We know that financial situations are not one-size-fits-all,” said Erik Fix, CEO, “This update allows us to meet people where they are, have real conversations, and make sure no one is turned away without support and understanding.”
Powered by the Community: Strong Communities Campaign, The Access For All program is made possible through the generosity of local donors who contribute to the YMCA’s annual Strong Communities Campaign. These contributions directly fund financial
assistance for individuals and families across our community.
Every dollar raised stays local and helps:
Provide safe, enriching childcare for working families
Give children access to swim lessons, sports, and summer camp
Support individuals and families in prioritizing their health and well-being
