The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office reports several arrests at the Hardy Concert at Six Flags Dairen Lake at 9993 Alleghany Road in the town of Darien on May 29th.
Kirby R.T. Heath, 22, of Lackawanna, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI.
The following were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol person under 21:
Devin M. Kuntz, 19, of Alden, NY.
Jacob R. Pangrazio, 20, of York, NY.
Ryan L. Brady, 18, of Batavia, NY.
Cole J. Davis, 18, of Batavia, NY.
Paul J. Sesnie, 18, of Churchville, NY
Also, four additional juveniles were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol person under 21.
All were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on June 17th, 2026, at 1:00p.m.

Anyla V. Doward, no age provided, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree/with intent to cause physical injury after allegedly causing physical injury to another person during a fist fight altercation on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on May 26th, 2026 at 6:50p.m.
Doward was transported to the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.

Steven J. Godinho, 41, of Batavia, NY, is charged with introducing dangerous contraband into a prison 1st degree, conceal/alter destroy physical evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance, after allegedly concealing clonazepam, a controlled substance, in his underwear, attempting to evade law enforcement officers from locating it while entering a secure facility on May 22nd, 2026
Godinho was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment on May 23, 2026.
