Nathaniel D. Wood, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree, menacing 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly grabbing what appeared to be a firearm and pointing it at people in the area after a verbal argument on West Main Street in the town of Batavia on June 11th, 2026.
Wood was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing where he was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on June 12th, 2026, at 9:30AM.

Jesse S. Repass, 39, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of child/acting in the manner injurious to a child less than 17, after allegedly possessing cocaine while his child was in the vehicle on Maple Avenue in Oakfield on June 19th, 2026.
Repass was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was released on an appearance ticket. Repass is due to appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 6, 2026, at 5PM.

Jospeh L. Phillips, 45, of Little Valley, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree while attending the Machine Gun Kelly concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater on June 13th, 2026.
Phillips allegedly attempted to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected.
Phillips was released from the Genesee County Jail on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on June 30th, 2026 at 4PM.
