Kash D. Ball, 21, of Salamanca, NY, is charged with four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree after allegedly being in possession of four forged New York State driver’s licenses on August 14th, 2026 at 2:00AM at 3839 West Main Street Road.
Ball was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Melissa S. Kowalik, 38, of Angola, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree/physical contact after allegedly striking another person while inside the concert venue at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien during the Billy Idol concert on August 14th, 2026.
Kowalik was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 25th, 2026 at 3:00p.m.

Katie L. Wilson, 39, of Piffard, NY, and Adam R. Kopp, 36, of Farmersville, NY, are each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th degree, after allegedly stealing property from Kohls department store at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia, NY on August 13th, 2026 at 12:28p.m.
Both were issued an appearance ticket and released.

On August 16th, 2026, John R. Malta, 43, of Palmyra, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants out of the Town of Batavia Court.
On March 23, 2025, Malta allegedly committed the crime of larceny alongside other acquaintances and fled the scene in a stolen blue Toyota Camry. The incident occurred at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, petit larceny and conspiracy 6th degree.
On July 10, 2025, Malta failed to appear in Batavia Town Court after he was released on charges and failed to voluntarily turn himself in within 30 days. He was charged with bail jumping 3rd degree.
Malta was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was scheduled to appear in CAP Court on August 16th, 2026 at 9:00a.m.

Gerald R. Sullivan, 31, of Dumas, TX, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, conspiracy 6th degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/previous conviction, after allegedly stealing property from Kohls department store at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on August 13th, 2026 at 12:28p.m.
Sullivan was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl, metal knuckles and Chuka sticks.
Sullivan was held for CAP Court.

Vadim Gherman, 32, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and an equipment violation-no/insufficient tail lamps at 7000 W. Main Road in Le Roy on August 14th, 2026 at 8:46p.m.
Gherman was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court on August 15th at 9:00a.m.
