Chief Michael Grover announces the arrest of Adam P. Valentine, 47, on August 21, 2026.
Valentine was arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, and Aggravated Family Offense. It is alleged that Valentine harassed the protected party by phone, which also violated an active Order of Protection. Due to a prior qualifying family offense conviction within the preceding five years, Valentine was additionally charged with Aggravated Family Offense.
Valentine was arraigned in Perry Town Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond, or $20,000 partially secured bond.
Valentine is scheduled to reappear in Perry Town Court on September 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
