Hooker, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with tampering with physical evidence/conceal/alter/destroy, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, illegal turn signal, unlicensed operator and unregistered motor vehicle, after being taken into custody on an active warrant during the course of a traffic stop on Caswell Road in Stafford on August 20th, 2026 at 1:00a.m.
Hooker was allegedly in possession of cocaine which he allegedly attempted to conceal.
He was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment at 9:00a.m.

Moore was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Batavia Court on September 9th, 2026 at 1:30p.m.

Joshua M. Jackson, 28, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant on August 20th, 2026 out of the Town of Batavia Court. He was charged with DWI, driving a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, no insurance, and failure to keep right.

Paul J. Smallman, 47, of Phoenix, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly striking a person while in close proximity to a child at 9993 Alleghany Road, in Darien, NY.
Smallman was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Josiah M. Smith, 48, of Stafford, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree in the Town of Batavia after allegedly contacting the victim multiple times after being told not to on August 15th, 2026.
Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court on August 16th, 2026.

Michael E. Feisman, 71, of Portland, NY, was charged with criminal trespass while at 9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Lake Theme Park, in Darien, NY on August 19, 2026 at 5:50p.m.
Feisman was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.
