Sean P. Barrett, 35, of Lancaster, NY, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI/BAC of .18% or more, DWI/1st offense, moving form a lane unsafely and a speed violation/exceeding 55mph at 10385 Alexander Road on September 2, 2026 at 5:39p.m.
Barrett was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. He is to appear in Alexander Town Court on September 29th, 2026 at 5:00p.m.

Kary A.Hooper-Trader, 40, of Farmington, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/BAC of .18% or more, DWI/first offense, unsafe backing of a vehicle, and operator leaves scene of a property damage accident, while at the Rob Zombie concert at Six Flags Darien Lake at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on August 30, 2026 at 9:20p.m.
Hooper-Trader was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket. Hooper-Trader will appear in Darien Town Court on September 15th at 6:00p.m. to answer the charges.

Scott D. Kingdon Sr., 59, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property following an investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
Kingdon allegedly stole a trailer in Wyoming County and allegedly transported the trailer to Genesee County. He was arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree. Kingdon was transported to the Genesee County Jail for arrest processing and released on a scheduled appearance ticket in the Town of Pavilion Court on October 20th, 2026 at 1:00p.m.

Jacqueline R. Garrett, 47, homeless, was arrested and charged with illegal sale and use of toxic vapors on September 6th, 2026 at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive at 6:21p.m.
Garrett allegedly intentionally inhaled electronic duster for the purpose of causing a condition of intoxication, inebriation, excitement, stupefaction, or the dulling of the brain or nervous system.
Garrett was transported to the Genesee County Jail where she was released on an appearance ticket. She is due to appear in Batavia Town Court on September 22, 2026 at 10:00a.m.
On September 2, 2026, Garrettt was arrested and charged with inhalation of certain toxic vapors or fumes and certain hazardous inhalants.
Garrett allegedly possessed and inhaled toxic vapors on Veteran’s Memorial Drive.
Garrett was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued an appearance ticket. She is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 6th, 2026 at 10:00a.m.

Saud M. Chaudhry, 38, of Rochester, NY, was charged with DWI/1st offense on September 4th, 2026 at 8204 Park Road in Batavia, NY at 6:48p.m.
Chaudhry was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Chaudhry was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on September 5th, 2026.

Hunter M. Mooney, 19, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree on September 3, 2026 after allegedly failing to abide by an order of protection out of Genesee County Family Court.
Mooney was arraigned in CAP Court on September 3, 2026 at 9:00p.m. in front of Judge Mileham.
