PRESS RELEASE
On December 23, 2016, Troopers arrested Mathew J. Fearby ,46, of Medina, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and passing through a red signal following a traffic stop.
Troopers stopped Fearby on West Genesee Street in the City of Lockport for failing to stop at a red light. An investigation revealed Fearby was in possession of approximately 8.2 grams of marihuana and approximately a half a gram of cocaine. He was placed under arrest and transported to State Police Lockport for processing.
Fearby was released on an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket returnable to the City of Lockport Court at a later date.
