The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Evan Hettinger, 33, of Belfast, NY, on a Family Court Warrant for Failure to Obey a Family Court Support Order.
Sheriff’s Deputies located Hettinger in the Town of Arcade and took him into custody on March 1, 2017.
Hettinger appeared in front of Justice Errington where he was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail until the next available Wyoming County Family Court date.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Dakota Jurek, 23, of Delevan, NY, on a Family Court Warrant for Failure to Obey a Child Support Order.
Dakota Jurek was arrested February 28, 2017 and appeared in front of Justice Salzler of the Town of Arcade Court where he was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $1000 bail.
Jurek is scheduled to appear in Family Court on March 1, 2017 or the next available date for Family Court
