BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Florida woman displays a large pocket knife during a physical altercation

Kelly A. Morrison, 44, of Skyline Dr., Lady Lake, Fla., is charged with menacing 2nd, displaying a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon, prior conviction of a crime, after a physical altercation in the Dollar General parking lot at 412 East Main street on August 25, 2017.

Morrison possessed and brandished a large pocket knife during the incident.

Morrison was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.

Also arrested during the incident was Shuvon J. Williams, 41, of Walnut street, Batavia, Williams is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact during the altercation.

Williams was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Williams will appear in City Court on September 5, 2017.

 

 

A 17 year old is charged with criminal mischief 2nd, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly causing damage to a parked vehicle in the area of Bank Street and Washington Avenue on August 26, 2017.

The teen then resisted arrest when officers attempted to place him under arrest.

He was arraigned and jailed on $2,500 cash or bond bail.

 

Maria Katriliotis, 35, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident where she allegedly kicked another person on August 26, 2017.

Katriliotis was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on August 29, 2017.

 

Meredith H. Cutro, 40, of Tracy ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal trespass 2nd after an altercation at a Ross street residence on August 22, 2017.

Cutro went to the residence and refused to leave and shoved the resident there as the resident was trying to get her to leave.

Cutro was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on August 29, 2017.

 

Dora L. Poodry, 23, of W. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant for failing to appear on a petit larceny charge from May of 2017 in the City of Batavia.

Poodry was taken into custody at the jail.

Poodry was arraigned in City Court and returned to the jail.

She will appear on September 21, 2017.

 

 

A 17 year old, of Batavia, is charge with unlawful possession of marijuana on  Cedar street on August 23, 2017.

The teen was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on August 29, 2017.

 

Brandon C. Smart, 40, of Hutchins St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for an incident on July 30, 2017.

He was picked up after a noise complaint on August 21, 2017.

Smart was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance.

 

Darryl Robinson, 53, of E. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a harassment 2nd and unnecessary noise violation from November of 2016.

Robinson was arrested during an unrelated investigation.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 5, 2017.

 

 

Robin A. Pickering, 33, of Electric Ave., Lackawanna, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant and is being held on $2,500 bail/bond.

Pickering failed to adhere to the terms of her sentence relating to a DWI guilty plea in 2015.

 

 

Nicholas D. Martino, 37, of Main St., Alexander, was arrested on a City Court arrest warrant for failing to appear after an appearance ticket was issued after an incident on Pearl street in Batavia in July of 2017.

Martino was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will appear at a later date.

 

 

Dustin L. Landin, 38, of James St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court after allegedly violating the terms of his release under supervision on August 22, 2017.

Landin was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

 

 

Kalil T. Walker, 23, of Isabelle St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in City Court on August 25, 2017.

Walker posted bail and returned to court on August 29, 2017.

 

Timothy J. Wood Sr., 28, no permanent address, was released from the Niagara County Correctional Facility and was then arrested on Batavia City Court warrants from May of 2016, August of 2016 and January of 2017.

Wood Sr. was arraigned in City Court and sentenced to 15 days incarceration.
