Jacob J. Sponaugle, 19, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th after a road rage incident at 100 Main street on June 29, 2018 at 2:52p.m.
Sponaugle allegedly brandished a shotgun, pointing it at another person during the incident.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail.
Sponaugle will appear in court today to answer the charges.
Well that comes as no shock given the family name.
