GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/North Tonawanda man facing charges after remaining unlawfully at a business

Keith R. White, 46, of Oliver St., North Tonawanda, is charged with burglary 3rd and grand larceny 4th after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully at Wal-mart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive on July 6, 2018 at 11:23a.m.

While inside the building, White intended and then committed the crime of larceny.

White is being held at the Genesee County Jail without bail.

 

Kelly P. DiMatteo, 34, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right on a two lane road and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle accident on Lyman road in the Town of Byron on July 4, 2018.

Following an investigation, it was determined that DiMatteo was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

DiMatteo was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.

 

Michael A. Shelter, 28, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection on Pearl Street in Oakfield on July 8, 2018.

Shelter was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and held on $2,500 cash bail.

Shelter appeared in Town Court again yesterday at 6:00p.m.
