BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Dellinger avenue man charged after domestic incident

Darien L. Rhodes, 25, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment, menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon/previous conviction, following a domestic incident on Dellinger avenue on July 12, 2018 at 1:09a.m.

Rhodes was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick and held on $25,000 cash or bond bail. He re-appeared in court on July 13, 2018 at 1:30p.m.

 

 

Thomas A. Griffin II, 31, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of child and harassment 2nd after he allegedly attempted to take a child out of the arms of the victim and then struck the victim in the face on S. Swan street on July 16, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

Griffin II was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick and remanded to the jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

He returned to court on July 17, 2018.

 

 

Tracy A. Battaglia, 47, of Ellicott Ave., Batavia, is charged with owning an unlicensed dog and dog running at large after her dog ran loose and bit another dog and two people attempting to intervene.

The incident occurred on Ellicott avenue on July 10, 2018.

Battaglia was issued an appearance ticket and released. She appeared in City Court on July 17, 2018.

 

 

Cameron D. Majewski, 19, of S. Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court on the charge of harassment 2nd, stemming from an altercation on South Swan Street in March of 2018 where Majewski allegedly punched another person.

He was arraigned and remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash or bond bail. Majewski re-appeared in court on July 16, 2018.

 

 

Deborah S. Rodriguez, 50, of Farnsworth  Ave., Oakfield, is charged with DWI and was issued uniform traffic tickets following an investigation into a disturbance on Pearl street in Oakfield on July 5, 2018 at 3:00a.m.

She will appear in City Court tomorrow at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Kerry A. Dudek, 43, of Fisher Rd., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $54.83 worth of merchandise from Tops Supermarkets at 390 West Main street in Batavia on July 12, 2018.

Dudek was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
