John M. Grabowski, 40, of Fisher Rd., Oakfield. is charged with rape in the 3rd degree after allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a female victim under the age of 17 in Oakfield on July 23, 2018.
Grabowski was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed on $100,000 bail.
He is scheduled to appear in Oakfield Town Court on August 6, 2018 to answer the charge.
Additional charges are pending.
The case is being investigated by Investigator Loftus, Youth Officer Carlson and Sgt. Mazur.
