Shawn J. Scheg, 50, of Warboys Rd., Byron, is charged with DWAI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, failure to signal, misuse of dealer plates and no interlock device following a traffics stop for a turn signal violation on July 25, 2018 at 1:55a.m. on Clinton Street road in Stafford.
Scheg was also issued tickets for refusing a prescreen test.
Scheg was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 23, 2018 at 6:00p.m.

Jacobs, 38, of Michigan Ave., Buffalo, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC if .08% or more, operating without an inspection certificate,failure to keep right, unsafe tires and an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Broadway road in Bethany on July 28, 2018 at 5:40a.m.
Jacobs was issued appearance tickets and appeared in Bethany Town Court on July 28, 2018.
