GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man accused of threatening people with a knife

Joseph M. Dispenza Sr., 45, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd with a dangerous instrument after an investigation into a person threatening people in the woods with a knife on Oak Orchard road in Elba on October 5, 2018.

Dispenza was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on October 15, 2018 at 5:00p.m.

 

David M. Pierieoni, 32, of Whitter Rd., Rochester, is charged with grand larceny 4th after a larceny complaint at Kohl’s Department store in the Town of Batavia on September 24, 2018.

Pierieoni allegedly stole $1,097 worth of merchandise from the store.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 15, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
