David J. Somerton, 36, of Kelsey Rd., Batavia, is charged with five counts of disseminating indecent material to a minor, a felony, after an investigation into an offense that occurred in the Town of Batavia on Kelsey road on October 13, 2018.
Additional charges are pending.
Somerton was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on October 31, 2018.
