Brandon Cassada, 24, of Perry, was arrested by Officer Gregory Smith during a report of a possible domestic dispute at his residence.
Officer Smith, along with Sgt. Bryant of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, where attempting to locate a female at Cassada’s residence who reported to her mother that she may be in danger.
Cassada initially told officers the female was not there, but information was developed that the female was at the residence. Cassada then allegedly became verbal with officers and attempted to prevent them from locating the female who was inside.
The female was turned over to a third person, and CASSADA was charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd.
