An Elba woman faces charges after she was observed by Perry Police turning off of South Center Street onto South Main Street in the path of another vehicle on May 17, 2019.
Gina Gollel, 45, of Elba was stopped on South Main Street by Officer Greg Smith, and subsequently failed roadside standard field sobriety tests.
Gollel is charged with failure to yield right of way, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more. She is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.
