A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Josselyn A. Scott who is accused of the crime of DWI as a class A felony.
On March 10, 2019, Scott was accused of operating her 2008 Audi on the NYS Thruway, Oak street, Noonan Drive and the Days Inn/Super 8 parking lot in an intoxicated condition.
Scott was previously convicted of aggravated DWI as a misdemeanor on July 12, 2010 in the Town of Boston in Erie County, and DWAI/alcohol on December 21, 2012 in Erie County Court.
These convictions were within 10 years previous to the current indictment.
