WYOMING COUNTY/Man arrested for DWAI-drugs in Warsaw

On June 2, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Quintin M. Hall, 30, of Buffalo, NY, for Driving while ability impaired by drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana

Troopers initiated a traffic stop for an operator not wearing a seat belt on State Route 19, Village of Warsaw. 

While interviewing the operator, Troopers could smell the odor of marijuana coming from Hall’s vehicle.  Troopers administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests and determined Hall was impaired by drugs. 

Troopers arrested Hall for Driving while ability impaired by drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana .  He was transported to SP Warsaw and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department.  He was processed and released on appearance tickets. 

Hall is to appear in the village of Warsaw Court on 06/24/19 at 5:00PM.
