WYOMING COUNTY/Three adults and two children being assisted by the Red Cross after house fire in Perry

Five fire companies responded to a house fire at 14 Bradford Street in the Village of Perry on Thursday night about 7:15p.m.

$30,000 in damages are reported after a overheated fan in a bedroom window caused a fire in a second story bedroom.

There was smoke and water damage throughout the home and three adults and two children are being assisted by the Red Cross as well as family members.

Fire crews from Perry, Perry Center, Castile, Warsaw and Silver Springs responded and were on scene about 4.5 hours.

No one was injured in the blaze.

Also assisting on scene was Wyoming County Emergency Services and Perry Police.
