Matthew S. Eggleston, 29, of W. State St., Albion, is charged with felony DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, speeding in a 55 mile per hour zone and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Quaker Hill road in Elba on July 13, 2019 at 1:38p.m.
Eggleston was previously convicted of a DWI offense in the past 10 years.
He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Eggleston is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on July 24, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
Coty R. Read, 28, of S. Hillcrest Dr., Albion, is charged with criminal trespass following an investigation of a suspicious condition complaint in the Town of Byron on Mill Pond road on July 14, 2019.
Read allegedly unlawfully entered and remained at a residence on Mill Pond road without the owner’s permission.
Read was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on August 5, 2019 at 4:00p.m.
