According to a Genesee County Sheriff’s Department accident report, Patricia A Seguin, no age provided, of Maltby road, Oakfield, the driver of a 2007 Ford, was headed west on Maltby road and failed to yield to the right of way to a 2019 farm field sprayer that was headed east on Maltby road.
Seguin was making a left hand turn onto Fisher road and the farm field sprayer attempted to avoid a collision with Seguin’s vehicle by hitting the breaks and maneuvering to the north, the farm field sprayer then collided with the car.
The operator of the farm field sprayer was Kevin Witkop of Johnny Cake Lane, Albion and the farm field sprayer was registered to Helena Agri- Enterprise of Medina.
No one was injured in the accident.
