WYOMING COUNTY/Attica Fire Department installs officers and honors top responders

The Attica Fire Department installed officers and honored top responders at their annual installation dinner on Thursday night at the Wyoming QWL.

The Department responded to 456 calls.

Paul Hamilton was named Top Responder and Firefighter of the Year

Top EMS Responder is Nicholas Anderson.

Sharon Bey and the Prospector received a Community Award.

Howard Barraclough Sr. was honored for serving 51 years. Barraclough and his wife Diane Storch pose with a quilt that was created with a collection of fireman’s T-shirts throughout the county. Diane sent the T-shirts to a company called Campus T-Shirt/Quilt.com in Iowa.

Terry Snyder also received an Attica Fire Department Award for his years of Service.
