On August 8, 2019, Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Kim M. Hussong, 54, of Portageville, NY, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Troopers responded to a two-vehicle property damage on Route 39 and Rider Road in the town of Perry. While interviewing Hussong, Troopers observed that she had slurred speech and other impairments.
Troopers administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests and determined Hussong was impaired by drugs. She later advised Troopers she had smoked crack prior to driving.
Troopers arrested Hussong for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
She was transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). She was processed and released on appearance tickets. Hussong is to appear in the town of Perry Court on September 4, 2019 at 6:00PM.
