Dylan L. Bates, 25, of Townline Rd., Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle accident on Townline road in Byron on September 29, 2019 at 12:23a.m.
Bates was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on October 21, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
Brian E. Mack, 35, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle and moving from a lane unsafely after deputies responded to a reported vehicle in a ditch on Alleghany road in Darien near the Darien Fire Department on September 29, 2019 at 2:15a.m.
After an investigation, Mack was allegedly operating his vehicle intoxicated while on his cellphone.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on appearance tickets.
Mack will appear in Darien Town Court on October 8, 2019 at 4:00p.m.
Falan J. Young, 27, of Ackerman St., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, criminal possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and side wings/side windows non-transparent after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Stafford on September 26, 2019 at 12:27p.m.
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that Young was found to be operating the vehicle while her privilege to operate was suspended.
She was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and marijuana.
Young was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and was remanded to the Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.
She is scheduled to re-appear in Stafford Town on October 1, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Dain O. Kilian, 36, of Saltvale Rd.,, Warsaw, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and inadequate exhaust/muffler system after a traffic stop in Bergen on Clinton street on September 27, 2019 at 12:11a.m.
After further investigation, Killian was allegedly in possession of controlled substances. Killian was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 9, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
