Shuvon J. Williams, 43, of Leopard St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd following an investigation into a bomb threat at a business at 16 Bank street, on April 23, 2019.
The charge was worked out as part of a plea agreement.
Williams was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on September 26, 2019.
