Rae C. Cook, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest after an incident at 45 Ellicott street on September 26, 2019.
While being arrested, Cook allegedly fought with police and resisted arrest.
Cook was arraigned in City Court and re-appeared earlier today.
Kody A. Wenzel, 27, of Lewis Pl., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at 412 East Main street on September 25, 2019.
Wenzel allegedly stole merchandise from a business at 412 East Main street.
Wenzel was issued an appearance ticket and released.
She appeared in City Court on October 1, 2019.
Wendy L. Root, 50, of Quaker Hill Rd., Albion, is charged with petit larceny after she was caught allegedly shoplifting from a business at 412 East Main street on October 1, 2019.
Root was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 15, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Nikkia M. Blackshear, 22, of Thorpe St., Batavia, is charged with unnecessary noise after a report of loud noise on September 30, 2019.
Blackshear was issued an appearance ticket for allegedly playing loud music on Thorpe street.
She will appear in City Court on October 15, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
