Patsy A. Rapone, 52, of Meadowcrest Dr., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into a domestic incident on Meadowcrest drive on September 20, 2019.
Rapone was also allegedly found to be in possession of a shotgun illegally as he is a convicted felon. He was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th.
Rapone was arraigned in City Court on October 1, 2019 and was released on recognizance on the endangering charge and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice on the weapons charge.
He is due back in court on October 17, 2019.
Jeremy S. Carlson, 48, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, speeding in a zone and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop on Pearl street on October 6, 2019.
Carlson was processed and released from custody with an appearance ticket. He is expected appear in City Court on October 23, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
