BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Oakfield man jailed after several incidents on Tuesday morning

Andrew J. Rock, 33, of Judge Rd., Oakfield is charged with criminal contempt 1st, prior convictions for violating orders of protection, and aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly violating a complete stay away order of protection by entering the protected party’s residence on October 22, 2019 at 6:45a.m.

Then at 8:01a.m., Rock allegedly left the scene and was involved in a single vehicle accident at Vine street and Evergreen Drive. He is charged with DWAI/alcohol, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speed not reasonable and prudent.

For the accident charges Rock was processed and arraigned in City Court. On the criminal contempt and aggravated harassment charges he is being held without bail at the Genesee County Jail. Rock re-appeared in court today.

Janet M. Parris, 38, no address provided, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a disturbance complaint on MacArthur Drive on October 19, 2019.

Parris allegedly encouraged two juveniles to engage in a physical fight.

She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 29, 2019.

Kevin T. Kaminski, 31, of Shanks Rd., Basom, was arrested on the charge of bail jumping after turning himself in to City Court on an arrest warrant on October 21, 2019.

Kaminski was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on November 6, 2019 at 12:30p.m.
