  1. Daniel Cherry senior

My name is Daniel Cherry senior my son was Daniel Cherry Jr he passed away in January 2022 he was 24. I wish people would take these things off the internet he’s gone so you’re going to leave him a legacy of this when he couldn’t even go to court and that’s part of the reason he died because he was an EMT got in trouble and he felt like his life was over when it was just beginning. He was a good man and he doesn’t deserve this to be on here for eternity when he never even got to go to court cuz he would have won from what I saw! If you saw the video and if you knew how they investigated his death in Batavia which they didn’t they didn’t do anything. They didn’t take a laptop they didn’t take a camera that was on him when he died they didn’t do anything to see what happened to my dead son they said they assume he OD’d. Things like this is making me angry because he never got to go to court he’s dead! So why would this be on the internet? And of course you would never say how many lives he saved when he was an EMT that’s just the way the news is I guess and I don’t know how to contact you
