Seth S. Zawadzki, 43, of Attica, is charged with rape 3rd, a class E felony, criminal sexual act 3rd, a class E felony and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 after an investigation into sex offenses in the Town of Bennington on November 18, 2017.
Zawadzki was arrested on February 4, 2020 and was held.
Natasha L. Chapman, 30, of Rochester, is charged with introducing contraband into a prison 1st, a class D felony, on February 4, 2020 at 9:45a.m. in the Town of Attica.
Chapman was issued an appearance ticket.
Caleb Van Buren, 19, of East Bethany, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within the past 10 years, in the Town of Middlebury on East Bethany road on February 6, 2020 at 1:07p.m.
Van Buren was issued an appearance ticket.
Lauren B. Ferrell, 39, of LeRoy, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI in the Town of LeRoy on Bater road on February 7, 2020.
Ferrell was issued an appearance ticket.
James K. Welsher, 56, of Rochester, was charged with conspiracy 6th and petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint in the Town of Alabama on September 19, 2018.
Welsher was arrested on February 5, 2020 and was issued an appearance ticket.
